應(yīng)用:液壓安全(緊急)制動(dòng)器，是一種使用在低速軸(卷筒軸)上的大功率制動(dòng)裝置，可廣

泛用于大中型起重機(jī)、港口裝卸機(jī)械起升以及臂架府仰機(jī)構(gòu)低速軸的緊急安全制動(dòng)。礦用

卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)、提升機(jī)和大功率傾角式皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)的工作制動(dòng)和緊急安全制動(dòng)，纜車和索纜起重

機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的安全制動(dòng)，鑄造起重機(jī)等特種起重機(jī)起升機(jī)構(gòu)低速軸的安全(緊急)制動(dòng)。

Application:

Hydraulic safety (emergency) brakes are high-power braking devices which can be wildly used as emergency safety brake

on low speed shafts for the lifting control and pitching mechanism of various large and middle crane、port handling

machinery. They are also applied for the same purpose for mine winder ,lifter ,elevators ,belt conveyers ,cable cars,

foundry and cable cranes and so on.

■常閉式設(shè)計(jì),安全可靠;特制碟簧施力制動(dòng),需另配液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)釋放裝置。

■動(dòng)作靈敏，閉合(上閘)時(shí)間短。

■可配有開(kāi)閘限位開(kāi)關(guān)和襯墊磨損極限限位開(kāi)關(guān)，可進(jìn)行聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)和故障顯示(采用PLC控

制時(shí))。

■高性能無(wú)石棉硬質(zhì)摩擦襯墊，摩擦系數(shù)穩(wěn)定，不損傷制動(dòng)盤且對(duì)水介質(zhì)和鹽霧(海水)不敏感。

■合理的密封結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和進(jìn)口名牌密封件。效果好、壽命長(zhǎng)。

■安裝位置靈活，使用、調(diào)整、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單。

■Normally closed design, safe and reliable; specially-designed disc springs applied.

■Equipped with release limit switch and lining wear limit-switch can realize interlocking protection and failure

indication by PLC.

insensitive to water, salt and other environmental agents.
